I AM FREE!

"I AM FREE 🎉...once I said NO to the 'O'!

I lost 30lbs on 'program' (we were never allowed to say the actual name on social 🙄)...Gained it all back when I stopped...and some extra (and I am super okay with that, because I did it my way!!)

The scale can be deceiving.

👉 I am 45 lbs heavier, but my body composition is different because I am eating well! I still have treats, but in moderation.

👉No calorie counting.

👉No macro counting.

👉No fat-free foods.

👉No pre-packaged portion controlled meals.

👉No guilt.

👉No shame.

👉No restrictions.

✔️Eating whole foods.

✔️Allow splurges in moderation.

✔️Make better choices.

✔️Eating mindfully.

✔️Stopped associating health with body size.

✔️Dumped the diet mentality.

✔️Learned to LOVE myself!!
