I look at life as a celebration! I enjoy being active and spending time with friends and family. Loving others, building relationships,  and making people laugh is who I am. I grew up in 'The City'....a place of great opportunity and diversity. I feel truly blessed to have lived there. I was raised in the church, my father was a Missions Pastor and helped mold me into the God loving woman I am today! My mother was a true Angel on Earth, and my best friend. I have thanked God for my parents every day and miss both of them greatly.

I graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in 2001 with a BSN. I immediately started working as a RN at a psychiatric hospital. With the progressive development of Conedystrophy, I had to leave the field of nursing as my eyesight deteriorated and I was deemed legally blind. 

​

God opened many new opportunities for me over the years. I became a yoga instructor in 2015, a Revelation Wellness Instructor in 2016. I furthered my Christian Yoga Education in 2019. I Graduated from the Christian Health Coach Academy in 2021.

​

I have over 1000+ hours of yoga training.

​

Certifications include:

Masters, chair/senior, Yogalates, Therapeutic Touch, Yoga & Weights. Leadership,  Yin,  Sozo & Somatics 1 & 2,  Meditation and Nidra, and Restorative Yoga.

​

I am currently working on my Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification.

​I am a Revelation Wellness Ambassador.

 

I am a Fullscript Supplement Practitioner.

​

My passion is helping women live healthy, DIVINE lives... body, mind, and Spirit!
